Terms and Conditions for ONS World Holidays
These Terms and Conditions document all the terms and conditions you are agreeing to by accessing our website and using our services. All the terms govern your complete interception with us, which includes everything from using our website to transition; it also includes communications.
1. Services
We at ONS World Holiday provide you with a wide range of services that include travel booking, visa assistance, and other related services. All those services are subject to availability and the terms and conditions outlined while booking. ONS World Holiday also retains all rights to modify or discontinue any services without giving you any prior notice.
2. Eligibility
Your age should be at least 18 years in order to use our services, and you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You are confirming that all the information you provided is accurate, correct, and truthful by using any ONS World Holiday website and services.
3. Booking and Payment
www.onsworldholidays.com is our only official website; your booking should be made using this website only or by talking with our authorised agents on a phone call. We will specify everything, including payment terms, deposit, and final payment, when you are booking.
If you fail to meet payment deadlines, the booking may be cancelled. All the payments you made to ONS World Holiday are completely non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the services agreement.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If you want to cancel your booking with us, then the cancellation must be submitted in writing, and it is subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
If the application, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days, minus any applicable fees. Please also note that lots of our services, which also include visa applications, are completely non-refundable.
5. User Conduct
Our expectation for our users is to use our services for legal and lawful purposes only; you agree not to use our website for any hilarious activity. If we find anything wrong, your booking may be cancelled without any notice, and no refund will be provided.
6. Liability:
We are not liable for any problem, incidental, indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of our services. The liability of ONS World Holidays is limited to the amount you pay for the specific services. Sometimes delays, cancellations or losses may be caused by external factors like natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service providers; we are not responsible for anything in this case.
7. Intellectual Property
ONS World Holidays owns complete ownership of all the content, including text, graphics, logos and images; it is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of this content or part of the content is strictly prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
At ONS World Holidays, your privacy is our complete responsibility; we will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. None of your information will be disclosed to any third party without any consent except as required by law or to provide the services requested.
9. Amendments to Terms
We have the complete right to amend these Terms and Conditions and comment at any time without any notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
